The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total value in advance.
Once we notify you of the bank details for the direct credit of the deposit, unless otherwise specified, the customer has 24 hours to do so. If after that time the customer has not made the deposit, the reserved dates would be released automatically.
Cancellation of reservation; If the client cancels the booking, such deposit will NOT be returned.
If cancellation occurs at least two weeks in advance, the customer can make use of such deposit on other dates available.
Upon arrival you will receive the keys and the other 50% will be paid.
The maximum capacity of each apartment is seven people.
There is the 7th bed on wheels. No overcrowding is allowed.
The apartment inventory: Please make good use of the furniture and appliances but please look after it. There is a written inventory listing.
Each Apartment has a capacity of six people with a maximum of seven allowed, Each Apartment has a fully equiped Kitchen with piped gas, lounge, three bedrooms, one bathroom and one laundry with parking for one vehicle only and full use of all the garden area, inclduing BBQ, outdoor shower and garden toilet.
Electricity and Gas consumption are included in the pricing.
WiFi is excellent and is in both Apartments located in the kitchen.
